Our shipping provider collaborates with local postal services in each country, allowing tracking through the respective postal service website using the provided tracking number.
Typically, orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days upon receipt, though this timeframe may extend to 1-4 business days during sales, promotions, or peak periods (including December and January).
Transit times vary depending on the destination country, and a guide is provided during checkout. Once an item is shipped, transit time is beyond our control. However, we are willing to assist with parcels not delivered within a reasonable timeframe (beyond the estimated arrival date).
Any additional customs, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. These expenses are not included in the product or shipping costs on our website. It is the customer's responsibility to ascertain these additional charges from their local customs office before making a purchase. My Mindset Mix will not refund these extra costs. Refusal of delivery due to customs charges will result in a refund processed only upon the return and receipt of the parcel by My Mindset Mix. The actual shipping cost will be deducted from the total order amount, with the remainder refunded.
