Returns & Exchanges

Changed your mind, or looking to return an unwanted gift? No problem. Just contact hey@mymindsetmix.com within 14 days of delivery. We'll be happy to organise an exchange or a refund for you.

Please note that your product must be returned to us in its original condition with all packaging intact. Please note that if products are returned in an unsaleable condition, they may not be eligible for a refund.

In the unfortunate case that your order arrived damaged, we apologise for the inconvenience. Please email hey@mymindsetmix.com within three days of receiving it, and be sure to include images of the damage and the packaging; we'll aim to resolve this for you as soon as possible.
